Our Hungarian Salami is comprised of a blend of finely minced Pork and Beef with a touch of Bundaberg Rum added to give it a flavour that is unique to Backa. With its fine, even texture, the Hungarian Salami presents beautifully on any platter and is sure to please even the most critical palate.


Ingredients: Pork, Beef, Salt, Garlic, Herbs & Spices, Curing Agents: Starter Culture, E250, Naturally Occurring E251, Antioxidant 307b

Fermented Meat – Not Heat Treated

Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
