This cold smoked pork loin is cured and fermented which can be used on cold platters. Some people refer to it as ham however being cured and fermented it will not spoil if it’s not kept in the fridge – Like all our fermented products.

Sold by the piece (picture is illustrative only), minimum size is 300gms.
