This coarsely textured, air dried salami is made with whole, not ground spices, sweet Australian garlic and fresh shallots.  It is a rustic old-school favourite with genuine nutty flavour and tangy spice.  Perfect as an addition to pastas and sauces to kick them up a notch.  Best enjoyed when thinly sliced and served with some good cheese and crispy bread.
