Our 100% Beef Salami contains only 10% fat and is packed with protein. It is a tasty all round salami with a blend of garlic and other secret spices – completely mild, making it perfect to add to school lunches and cold platters. It does not require refrigeration and as with all other Backa products, it is gluten and preservative free. Also available in full size – 400g sticks.
Sliced and served in 100g packs.
